• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channel content management, sponsored advertisement execution, customer feedback management, etc.
• Communication with social media agencies, scheduling, Content planning
• Status analysis by social media channel (content, customer, sponsored advertisement results)

2. Digital advertising planning and operation:

• Google Display Network (GDN), Grab, Zalo banner advertising planning, banner design, targeting, result analysis, etc.
• Market research, and competitor information on the Vietnamese market related to digital marketing
• English interpretation service for business operation and counterpart meeting.
• Other assigned tasks
