1. Mô tả công việc:

  • Sell Engineering Plastics (PC, PC/ABS, PA, POM, ABS…) to domestic B2B customers in Vietnam.
  • Develop new customers (OEMs/manufacturers/compounders) and grow existing accounts.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead → meeting → quotation → negotiation → closing → after-sales.
  • Coordinate with Malaysia team for product specs, availability, pricing guidance, MOQ, lead time.
  • Work with internal logistics/ops to support import planning and delivery schedule.
  • Provide basic technical consultation; align with technical team for deeper support when needed.
  • Prepare sales pipeline/forecast and market/competitor updates (weekly/monthly).
  • Ensure compliance with pricing/contract process and maintain accurate CRM/customer data.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Chemistry/Polymer/Engineering or related fields.
  • 1–5+ years B2B sales in plastics/resins/chemicals/materials (Engineering Plastics is a plus).
  • Good English communication for emails/calls/meetings with regional teams.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of plastics processing/applications is preferred.
  • Proactive, target-driven “hunter mindset”, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to travel locally for customer visits.
