1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Market and Site Analysis: Conduct research on the industry trends, demographic data and competitors to help in analyzing potential market and locations.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings and support the coordination of project activities, timelines, and documentation.
• Contract Review and Analysis: Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents as well as summarize key terms and conditions for review.
• Document Preparation & Management: Draft and format letters, memos, and other legal documents and maintain accurate records and files related to store development projects, including contracts, plans, and reports.
• Support the direct reporting manager in other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university, pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
