We are excited to officially launch the Store Manager Trainee Program 2026 – our first season at Highlands Coffee! 

This is a 6-month development journey for young talents who are ready to take on a new challenge and grow into our future Store Managers.

1. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Learn & develop through dedicated training programs 
• Gain hands-on experience in a higher level and learn about real business operations 
• Work on real projects to build your management and leadership skills 
• Learn from and be mentored by Highlands leaders 

This is an opportunity to discover your strengths, challenge yourself, and take your first step toward becoming a future Store Manager. 

2. Requirements:

EXTERNAL CANDIDATE:

• Education: Final-year student or above, aged 22 and above
• Availability: Full-time from October 2026
• Skillset:
  • English & computer literacy
  • Learning Agility

  • Business acumen
  • Leadership potential

INTERNAL CANDIDATE

• Level: Master Barista or above
• Performance: PMS Rating ≥ 3.0 (latest cycle). If not qualified, request direct nomination from Line Manager & RM/OM
