1. What you will do:

• Coordinate with managers and leaders to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Manage the posting job issues in recruitment channels.
• Process internal interview procedure: Screen CV, schedule interviews, and coordinate with manager & leaders of all department to interview and select candidates.
• Directly join interview with candidates, perform onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the company system.
• Responsible for the employer branding activities through maintaining the relationship with universities and managing the social channels of company.

2. Who we need:

• Final-year student in University/College (majoring in Finance - Banking, Economics is an advantage).
• Fluent in English.
• Can work full-time.
• Social, team spirit & able to work under pressure.
