1. Job Overview:

SSI is one of Vietnam’s leading financial institutions, committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth. We are looking for an energetic and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and help us attract top talent while strengthening SSI’s employer brand.

2. What You Will Do

Talent Acquisition:

• Support recruitment activities for intern and fresher hiring
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communications and recruitment database updates
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus activities
• Support recruitment reports and market talent insights

Employer Branding:

• Support content creation for recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal channels
• Coordinate employer branding initiatives with universities and student communities
• Help maintain SSI’s employer branding presence across digital platforms

3. What We’re Looking For:

• Third-year or final-year students majoring in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and people-related functions
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, to support recruitment reporting and data management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or social media content creation is a plus
• Good English communication is an advantage
