1. About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be a key part of our recruitment consulting team. This internship offers real-world experience and structured mentorship — with a clear pathway to becoming a full-time Talent Consultant for the right candidate.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Research client hiring needs and job requirements to identify the right candidate profiles
• Source candidates through online and offline channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
• Prepare detailed evaluations and confidently present candidate profiles to clients
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between clients and candidates
• Support clients in offer negotiations and onboarding procedures
• Participate in recruitment and HR industry events with company leadership
• Assist in planning and hosting client training workshops (e.g. warm-up games, class coordination)
• Help manage company social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) when needed
• Join meetings with strategic partners and provide support with documentation or coordination tasks

4. Requirement:

• Final-year university student based in Hanoi – ready for full time promotion and working if qualified
• Strong English skills (spoken and written)
• Curious, hardworking, and proactive in learning about market and industry trends
• Genuinely interested in recruitment and human resources
• Confident, flexible communicator with good interpersonal skills
