Vinova is looking for motivated and fast-learning interns to join our Talent Acquisition team, gaining hands-on experience in technology recruitment and supporting talent acquisition across Vietnam and the APAC region.

1. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Source and engage tech talent through LinkedIn, job platforms and digital sourcing tools.
• Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data using ATS and AI-powered tools.

2. WHAT YOU BRING:

• A 3rd- or 4th-year university student or recent graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Availability for a full-time, onsite internship from Monday to Friday.
