I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Intern, you will:
1. Support for Account Executive:
- Assist in presenting plans and polishing proposals for projects.
- Set up logistics for meetings: schedule meetings, prepare presentationequipment, take meeting minutes.
- Handle paperwork for contracts and acceptance with clients under AE's coordination.
- Monitor vendor booking costs to ensure they stay within the project budget.
- Work directly with the accounting and finance team to process payments according to the company’s payment schedule
2. Handle Paperwork:
- Help prepare standard forms, contracts, reports, meeting minutes, checklists, etc. as required
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and filling physical and digital documents.
- Handle paperwork for contracts and acceptance with clients.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all documents.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support daily office operations such as document delivery or internal events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace...).
- English skills: reading, and writing.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and marketing-oriented.
- Good communication skills and confidence in working with colleagues and clients.
