1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

About KPMG Delivery Center (KDC)

A shared service center in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and Hanoi which utilizes innovative, intelligent automation and state-of-the-art data processing and analysis technology to support KPMG’s Deals, Tax, Legal (DTL), Audit, and Consulting service teams at key steps of client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with Admin department, office receptionists, couriers to sending and receiving audit confirmation.
• Assist to classifying audit confirmation letters and delivering to in-charge.
• Assist to making chasing calls to addressees regarding sending and receiving audit confirmation letters.
• Perform certain admin tasks (remind timesheet, leave-late notification, order stationeries etc.).
• Other jobs assigned by the line manager.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Student in English, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred.
• At least 3 month fulltime internship.
• Good communication in both English & Vietnamese.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Careful, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
