Food and Beverage Trainee will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way
• Escorting guests & seating guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc.
• Guide guests through the restaurant and provide any needed assistance.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs.
• Know and able to arrange with team all set-up style as per guests’ requirement for example: classroom, banquet, buffet, U-shape
• Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
• Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Learn & practice the service sequence
• Presenting menu
• Taking order of food for guests
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.

• No Experience Required
• Can start as soon as possible
• Able to work full-time
• Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Commit to work for at least 03 months
