1.JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Intern, Brand & Marketing (B&M) will support the Brand & Marketing team in developing and implementing 360 branding & marketing strategy.
• Supporting the Brand & Marketing team in implementing the Brand 360 Strategy.
• Supporting executing communication plans, developing content, working with vendors, and ensuring alignment with the B&M team's requirements.
• Assisting in creating press releases, PR articles, and social media plans for the DiscoverASRVietnam fan page (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitoring media coverage of The Ascott Limitted and brands within The Ascott Limited, issuing media releases, and creating press clippings.
• Assisting in the administration of brand websites (discoverasr.com).
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Assisting in the preparation, administration, and documentation of contracts and proposals.
• Planning and assisting in the execution of corporate events.
• Supporting the Director of Brand & Marketing in all relevant projects.

 2. REQUIREMENTS:

A. Qualifications:

• Third-year/last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, International Studies, Foreign Languages, or Business Administration.

B. Competencies:

• Being able to design on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva is required
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and proactive
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
• Being able to design on Canva, AI, or PTS and handle multimedia assignments.
• Well-versed in use of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
• Committed to working full-time for 4-6 months.
