1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements Gathering: Support gathering and analyzing customer and end-user requirements; assist in creating and maintaining detailed requirement documents.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate closely with development, QA, Design, and project management teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• System Analysis & Design Support:
  • Propose technical solutions and system designs to fulfill project requirements.
  • Support the software development process on mobile platforms.
• Tracking & Deployment:
  • Track and report on project progress and performance.
  • Support the deployment of products into production environments.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Final-year students or recent graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes and popular programming languages.
• Analysis Tools & UX: Familiarity with requirement analysis tools and methods; basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design is a plus.
• Soft Skills & Language: Proactive, strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and fluency in English (both spoken and written).
