1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a BA ERP Intern located in Hanoi. The BA ERP Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving maintenance of a module library, technical documentation, and functional to support client.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and determine business requirements
• Support in building and managing project requirements documents
• Communicate and work directly with relevant departments to ensure clear understanding and agreement on requirements
• Participate in testing modules after migration
• Have basic understanding of BA
• Available to work full-time

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Understanding of finance principles and/or accounting is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and progressive spirit
