1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on companies, startups, and emerging businesses to identify potential partnerships opportunities
• Follow blockchain and crypto industry trends, new developments, and upcoming companies; provide market analysis
• Help find and evaluate early-stage startups across different areas (DeFi, AI, Tech Infrastructure, etc.)
• Support background checks on potential partners by collecting company information and doing basic research
• Help identify and reach out to potential partners for co-marketing or brand collaboration opportunities
• Support partnership planning and help execute marketing campaigns with partners
• Work closely with senior team members to execute on business development initiatives
• Help organize company databases and track partnership progress

Extended Responsibilities (as skills develop):

• Participate in initial outreach to project teams and founders
• Support due diligence process by coordinating meetings with potential leads
• Assist with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) research and relationship mapping
• Assist with relationship building, networking and outreach to web3 founders and project teams
• Assist in creating proposals, partnership presentations, and campaign summary reports

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and web3 ecosystem
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
• Familiarity with social media platforms and web3 communities (Twitter, Discord, Telegram)
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and resilient mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple diverse tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on varied responsibilities and rotate between different roles as needed
