1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Objectives:

• This position is responsible for tasks related to contractors, including labor management, data entry, and employee/payroll profile administration. The role involves working closely with consultants and contractors under direct supervision to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Job Description:

Carry out tasks related to C&B:

• Support activities related to the employee including the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Support Business Development activities.
• Contact the employees/potential client to collect information
• Assist in monitoring and guiding employees on procedures and policies.
• Data entry, update, and manage employee information.
• Prepare and organize various types of documents, records, and files.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the team.

• 3rd, 4th year students majoring in Law, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. The expected graduation date should be after August 2026.
• Good communication skills, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good time management and organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Strong dedication to long-term career development in Human Resources.
• Able to work for at least 6 months, full-time from Monday to Friday (can off 1 day/week)
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office

Location: Horizon Tower - 40 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi
