1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Your Role in Our Team Reports To Customer Service Superviso
• Your Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties:

• Provide support in the preparation of required documents, reports, correspondence, records, and presentations…
• Support in preparing and collecting supply chain and logistics documents
• Support and keep track of any outbound and inbound shipments
• Work with the warehouse to process delivery orders and follow up on the inventory
• Manage and store payments and invoices

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to retaining the relationship with dealers through daily reactions to all branding seedings relating to Milwaukee such as events (selling, grand opening, workshop, demo,…), promotions, products,… on all digital platforms.
• Support Sales and MKT team on social media such as seeding events (selling, grand opening, workshop, demo,…), campaigns, and promotions.
• Monthly create at least 02 contents relating to Milwaukee products.
• Assist in preparing & and participating in key activities such as training, workshops, and non-selling/selling events.
• Work alongside Intern members and other teams for company or ad-hoc procurement or projects.
• Perform other tasks if required.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Senior students in any discipline such as Economics, BA, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chains,...
• Commitment to working full time in 06 months.
• No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university/social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage.
• Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus.
• Good design and IT skills e.g., Canva, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.
• Familiarity with software or applications is advantageous.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as required by the business.

Working time & location:

• Heavy Duty Center in Ha Noi (320 Truong Chinh, Khuong Thuong, Dong Da, Ha Noi)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (9 am – 6 pm)
