1. Role Description:

  • Assist in preparing regular HR reports and monitoring workforce productivity using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Support the implementation of talent development programs.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and participate in performance evaluation processes (KPI/OKR).
  • Support the organization and coordination of internal training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Participate in additional tasks as requested by the Head of the Unit.

2. Qualifications

  • Third- or fourth-year students, or recent graduates, in Finance–Banking, Human Resource Management, Accounting–Auditing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); candidates with strong Excel skills and an interest in working with data are preferred.
  • Internship or work experience in companies with 1,000+ employees is a strong advantage.
  • Responsible, proactive, and with good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, careful, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
