1. Mô tả công việc:

Transportation:

• Manage bus/car for employee daily go to work
• Arrange bus/car for business trip
• Problem solving for all car/bus service
• Manage taxi card/ grab account                     

Stationary:

• Assessment requirment list, order, distritbution to ensure under budget of each section
• Provide stationary kit for new comer               

Corier Service:

• Apply corier over sea as requirement
• Receive/ distribute letter                     

Telephone:            

• Control telephone expenses, high light user over budget
• Buy or distribute phone as Manager request
• Telephone operation of the office                     

Hotel & Air Ticket:

• Book hotel, air ticket for bussiness trip
• Ensure hotel & air ticket follow budget of each level
• Checking the booking list and make payment                     

Other task:

• Decoration for each special occasion
• Support organize Company's events
• Support documents for vissa, work permit,…
• Being a receptionist to welcome, guide and support Guest/Visitor
• Tea/coffee delivery & clear up after Guest/Visitor leaving
• Make payment for all expenses owner
• Assigned by Manager

2. Nơi làm việc: 

• Location: Piaggio Hanoi Office - Floor12, BIDV Tower, 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi  
• Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:45 pm)

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Final Year or Fresh Graduate in Foreign Language, Tourism, Economics, Law, Administration, etc.
• Able to work full time Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:45 pm) for 06 months
• Customer oriented, good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English & Vietnamese
