1. Mô tả công việc:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
  • Purchase and manage office supplies such as stationery, printer paper, and other office essentials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and storage room.
  • Handle mail distribution and package deliveries.
  • Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Education: Major in Business Administration, HR, law, foreign languages or related fields
  • Able to work fulltime or can work in morning shift (preferable) 
  • Business English
  • Basic Japanese is a PLUS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability

4. Chính sách đãi ngộ:

  • Monthly Allowance: 200$/ month

  • Working time: 7.5 hrs /day, 5 days/week (Mon - Fri)
