1. Mô tả công việc:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
- Purchase and manage office supplies such as stationery, printer paper, and other office essentials.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and storage room.
- Handle mail distribution and package deliveries.
- Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:
- Education: Major in Business Administration, HR, law, foreign languages or related fields
- Able to work fulltime or can work in morning shift (preferable)
- Business English
- Basic Japanese is a PLUS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and reliability
