I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Admin tasks:

  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, arranging meeting rooms/events, sending/receiving mails
  • Assist in ordering office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately;
  • Support in internal event organizing.

2. Recruitment tasks:

  • Follow up and update new applications in proper categorized positions;
  • Assist HR officers in arranging tests and interviews between candidates and interviewers.

3. Other tasks:

  • Perform other HR tasks as assigned by HR Senior Managers.
II. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Required Qualifications:

  • University graduation in Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics, English or related major;
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
  • Familiar with using MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point;
  • Self-motivated and proactive person;
  • Willingness to learn and take on new things;
