1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Direct handling of Import activities: vehicle for sale, material for Vehicle & Engine plant's production, equipment for fix asset, and all the abnormal cargoes imported.
• Manage & follow up the import type E31 & A12 consistent for material management report & tax re-fund.
• Control & processing directly import activities:
  - Follow up with the C/O of suppliers to do tax refund the C/O timely.
  - Provide customer servite level/On time delivery (case fill rate) as per targets set in SOW & KPI.
• Other arising work of import team.

• Final year or fresh graduate students in Majored logistics, Supply chain.
• Commit to work 6 months
• Proficient in English speaking and writing communications.
• Good in Words, and Excel.
• Proactive, detail & customer-oriented, time management, negotiation & problem-solving skills, and focus on results.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Work location: Vinh Phuc (Have bus for employees living in HN)
