1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

Job Objective:

• Assist the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure
• Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of IT equipment and systems

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Troubleshoot technical issues for end-users related to computers, networks, and peripheral devices
• Participate in the management and monitoring of network and server systems
• Support the implementation of new IT projects
• Update and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Perform other tasks as required by the IT Manager

• 11/2024 - 12/2024: Application window

• 11/2024 - 12/2024: Case-study and Department interview
• 12/2024 - 01/2024: Onboarding

• Final year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to support end-users.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technology.
