1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accounts Receivable: 

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve issues related to e-invoice issuance.
• Utilize internal systems to prepare, issue, amend, and replace e-invoices in compliance with applicable tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements.
• Update client collections in accounting records, reconcile receipts with bank statements, and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Support monthly reconciliations and prepare reports related to invoicing, collections, and compliance.

Tax Compliance:

• Compile, organize, and complete input and output invoice information; reconcile invoice data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing VAT schedules, supporting appendices, and documentation for VAT compliance purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns, amended/supplementary VAT filings, and updates to relevant tax appendices.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication, analysis, and management skills
• Time management, accountability and teamwork skills
• Basic skill on MS Office, especially on Excel and Word
