  • Provide hotel information, service, and facilities to the customer
  • Competence with Opera system to process pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay, upon departure, post-departure
  • Build strong co-worker & customer relationship
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Can start as soon as possible

  • Communicate well in English
  • Graduated from intermediate level or higher
