The Ascott Vietnam is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Department for a 6-month internship position. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team with content creation, storytelling, social media management, and administrative duties. This internship will provide you with a broad knowledge of marketing and will allow you to learn the fundamentals of a great marketer in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling copy for The Ascott Vietnam’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and internal communications.
• Content Planning: Assist in developing monthly content calendars and brainstorming creative angles for property-level promotions and loyalty program awareness.
• Market Research: Perform market analysis and presentations on marketing-related areas, focusing on digital trends and competitor content strategies.
• Administrative Support: Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
• Event Support: Help distribute marketing materials and assist in the organization and execution of on-property marketing events.
• Digital Monitoring: Assist in monitoring social media engagement and community management across various platforms.

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduate or currently majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Previous marketing internship experiences, preferably in digital marketing or content writing, are highly regarded.
• Writing Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong grasp of storytelling and grammar.
• Professional Drive: Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive and passion for the marketing industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of different marketing techniques and social media best practices.
• Digital Tools: Familiarity with social media management tools and basic knowledge of SEO or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Design Basics (Optional): While the focus is on content, a basic familiarity with simple design
