We are seeking an experienced Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in the web3 industry. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the web3 landscape, digital marketing and be passionate about the potential of decentralized technologies.

1. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user adoption, and achieve business objectives.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns targeting key audiences in the web3 industry, utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand the unique value propositions of our web3 projects or products, and effectively communicate these to the target audience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, community forums, and online advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the web3 industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes, to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence across all touchpoints.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience at least 3-6 months in marketing roles, preferably in the web3 industry or related technology sectors.
• Commit at least 6 months to company 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for decentralized technologies and a genuine interest in the web3 industry.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
