I JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Content Development & Coordination

• Assist the Content Writer/Copywriter in producing bilingual (Vietnamese & English) marketing materials, including website articles, blog posts, e-books, newsletters, social media posts, and presentation slides.
• Work closely with the content team to plan, update, and monitor the content publishing calendar.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team, Marketing Manager, and other functional teams to support the execution of Viettonkin’s content marketing strategy.

2. Market Research & Consumer Insights

• Support the development of data-collection tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
• Collect and analyze market and consumer data to identify trends, behaviors, and insights relevant to Viettonkin’s business.
• Research consumer opinions, competitor strategies, and industry marketing trends; propose improvements or adjustments to ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Translate research findings into clear, visual reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.

3. Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

• Support the management in preparing marketing proposals, briefs, and presentations in alignment with company objectives.
• Support performance measurement of marketing activities, including tracking consumer engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives as required.

4. Digital & Social Media Management

• Monitor and manage Viettonkin’s social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Propose and adjust outreach and engagement tactics based on analytics and audience insights.
• Create basic visual or graphic content for social media posts (optional, if applicable to intern’s skillset).

 II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to translate complex research into common language;
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
• Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them;
• Familiarity with consumer psychology and buying habits;
• Ability to quickly learn and process information.
