1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyze mobile game products and markets; setup Waterfall, A/B testing on MAX mediation, ironSource mediation,... to optimize revenue from Advertising Networks.
• Work with Ad Network partners: Google, Admob, Facebook, Unity, ironSource, Applovin,...
• Coordinate with UA & Product to come up with ideas and implement advertising exploitation scenarios
• Ensure quality user experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of user exploitation on different Ad networks
• Present problems encountered when optimizing eCPM, exploitation scenarios, user sets, advertising revenue
• Coordinate with partners to apply optimal solutions for each advertising network
• Continuously update and test new features and new markets of advertising networks
• Resolve arising problems such as faulty ads, ads that violate the general policies of the platforms

• No experience is required, but candidates need to learn about the industry first
• Qualification: university graduate
• Have good logical thinking and ability to analyze indicators
• Able to read and understand English documents and communicate in English
• Careful, meticulous, highly responsible at work.
• Progressive spirit, eager to learn
• Love the App/Game industry, want to develop a career in the App/Game industry
• Have a sense of responsibility towards work and colleagues, and can withstand high pressure.
• Flexible thinking, sensitive, able to adapt well to all situations.
• Having knowledge about the mobile game market is an advantage.

• Working form: full-time
• Hard salary: 3,000,000-4,000,000 VND
