I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. MISSION:

• Support in controlling the market research activities in building a database.
• Support in data compliation and management.
• Support team with survey materials and assessment reports.

2. ACTIVITIES:

Database building

• Collect information about urban development provision, population, structure, modern retail system development, economic changes, influences to retail market in Vietnam.
• Monitor and update information about competitors (new opening, strategies,…)

Data compliation and management

• Support data entry, processing and management in internal system.
• Assit in data visualization using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth,…

Supporting with survey materials

• Prepare materials, assist in processing data from field survey.
• Summarize initial reports based on survey findings.

1. COMPETENCIES:

Functional knowledge & experience:

• Knowledge about retail market in Vietnam
• Understanding of law regulation concerning to real estate, commerce/ retail industry

Functional skill:

• MS Office, Mapping program (eg. Google Earth, Google Maps)
• Research, data collection, and analysis skill

Other skills:

• Good communication skill, presentation skill and result oriented

2. REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related fields
• Seniority: Fresh graduate
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Attitude: open-minded, responsibility, flexibility, eager to learn, collaborative mindset.  

• Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Work location: 222 Tran Duy Hung St, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi (GO! Thăng Long )
• Allowance: 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND/month + parking fee.
• Opportunity to learn directly from the Market Research team.
