1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Begins to develop a knowledge of Human Resources procedures
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
• Maintain general filing systems 
• Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
• Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
• Handle general enquiries
• Manage Locker Rooms & other HR Office materials
• Arrange appointments and meetings
• Support to organize events for Hotel’s colleagues
• Take dictation of correspondence as required
• Coordinate and manage non-permanent colleagues in hotel
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Other duties assigned by Manager

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. 
• Be good at English communication skills
• Be customer - oriented
• Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services

• Internship Certificate, and Internship Evaluation Form for completing the internship period
