2. Work Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

3. Internship Duration: 3–6 consecutive months, able to start ASAP, on-site 5 working days per week

4. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles, including talent sourcing, interview coordination, offer issuance and onboarding follow-up.
• Closely collaborate with business teams and hiring managers to align requirements and drive recruitment delivery.
• Proactively develop and maintain talent channels, build up talent pipeline.
• Regularly report recruitment progress and share overseas talent market intelligence.
• Leverages AI coding assistants to drive measurable improvements in productivity.

5. Job Requirements:

• Current student pursuing Bachelor degree or above, expected graduation in 2027; HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or related majors preferred.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of using as working language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with candidates and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple recruitment projects under fast-paced working environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of independent work as well as teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with service-oriented mindset.
• Prior internship or working experience in recruitment is a plus.
