1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Draft, edit, and optimize web content, blog posts, and legal articles related to investment, corporate law, and regulatory compliance;
• Conduct legal research on topics and assist in reviewing and proofreading legal and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws;
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible content aligned with Viettonkin’s brand voice;
• Collaborate with SEO agency and internal teams to refine legal and marketing content;
• Monitor and analyze content performance, especially legal-related topics, to improve effectiveness;
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and the CEO.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Law School or with a legal background (Law major preferred);
• Strong interest in legal research, legal writing, and legal content development;
• Good understanding of basic legal concepts, especially in business law, investment law, or international law;
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Experience in legal writing, research projects, or internships in legal/consulting fields is an advantage;
• Familiarity with SEO and content management systems is a plus.
