1. JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSES:

• The Payroll Intern will support daily payroll and benefits administration tasks for clients. This role works under the supervision of the team leader to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting to process payroll and benefits administration for clients.
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly payroll statements, as well as quarterly and year-end reports under supervision.
• Handling monthly and quarterly PIT declarations and supporting PIT finalization processes.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with team members, PYR Consultants and other departments for work-related duties.
• Follow up personal documents for insurance related issues and document filings.
• Receive and send Health insurance cards and Social insurance books as required by Insurance Consultants or authorities.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by Manager.

• 3rd or Final-year student from university with major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after October 2026.
• Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from University.
• Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
• Ability to multi-tasks.
• Attention to details and be careful.
• Ability to work proactively.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Have planning, time management and organization skills. Have interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Allowance: 5.000.000 VND/month
• Accident Insurance.

Location: Horizon Tower, 40 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00 - 18h00).
