1. Job Description
– Understand customers’ business processes, needs, and requirements
– Analyze customer requirements from both a business perspective and an end-user perspective
– Ensure the development team fully understands the business requirements and provide input on product design and specifications
– Document functional and business requirements
– Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flows
– Track all change requests from customers; manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests of the project
– Work closely with the development team to review specifications, answer questions, provide solutions, or identify issues
2. Requirements
– Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in IT, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
– Proficient in English
– Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Eager to learn, proactive in work
– Knowledge or relevant certifications/courses in Business Analysis is an advantage
