1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Research potential leads/clients for each key vertical/industry and generate valuable insights about potential leads/clients.
  • Approach and nurture leads to create sales opportunities and coordinate with the team to convert clients.
  • Maintain, support and upgrade business credit reports, business information and working system when required
  • Support order processing and sales/customer support to assigned customers
  • Check available order data for customer requests, note any missing data or errors
  • Support Sales Team in updating and quality-checking customer’ data in CRM system when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to create, compile, and organize documents, reports, and payment/sales proposals
  • Assist in following up with customers on payment on overdue invoices and sales support
2. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
  • Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English writing skills and willingness to use them
  • Preference for Japanese, Chinese, or Korean speakers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
