1. DESCRIPTION:

• Follow the requisition of direct management.
• Set up plan for each phrase of development (Prototype/sample, Tpilot). Get in touch with P&C team to have latest information as well as transfer to request from local side.
• Set up development plan/Gantt for each specific component included short- and long-term development.
• Cooperate with other dept to control the overall material delivery plan as well as quality/cost of parts.
• Weekly meeting by call conference to lead the project with Vietnamese team and Italy team.
• Provide development information such as technical documentation/ drawings/ shopping cart for the relevant departments.
• Working with Production (painting shop, welding shop) and T&M for preparing equipment, Jig, SOP before start mass Production.
• Research to improve product quality (reduce costs, improve quality, and extend the process of using).
• Responsible to work with related team to provide to Tax team the technical information on time.

• Final year student in engineering with Good result and above, prefer mechanical or machinery, automotive, manufacture engineering field.
• Have experienced in Project development.
• Able to read drawing (2D & 3D) experienced in machining or mold design or protype making are advantages.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing communications.
• Team working & Planning management.
• Excellent in Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proactive with high willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work under pressure.
