1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- HR Business Partner (HRBP) Track
- Support the implementation of HRBP initiatives across different business units
- Participate in workforce planning and HR data analysis to support business decisions
- Assist in executing employee engagement programs and internal HR initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver strategic HR projects
Talent Acquisition (TA) Track
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization
- Conduct candidate sourcing and screening through different recruitment channels
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to plan hiring needs and schedule interviews
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
Learning & Development (L&D) Track
- Assist in designing and organizing internal training and development programs
- Support the creation of learning content and training materials
- Participate in implementing competency development initiatives for employees
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Track
- Support HR data management and HR analytics reporting
- Assist in payroll-related processes and HR reporting activities
- Analyze data related to compensation, benefits, and headcount planning
- Participate in projects to improve and optimize C&B policies and processes
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Final-year students (available for full-time) or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business
- Administration, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
Language: IELTS ≥ 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC score (strong speaking skills are preferred).
Skills:
- Strong logical thinking and fast learning ability
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel or PowerPoint
Plus points:
- Graduates from universities such as NEU, FTU, RMIT, FPT, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, or overseas graduates
- Active participation in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or internship experience.
