1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Admin tasks:
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, arranging meeting rooms/events, sending/receiving mails;
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately;
- Support in internal event organizing;
- Coordinate for office maintenance;
- Assist in ordering office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
- Handling relevant reports: taxi, telephone, mail, stationery;
Other tasks:
- Perform other HR tasks as assigned by HR Senior Managers.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- University graduation in Human Resource, Business Administration , English or related major;
- Good command of English (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
- Familiar with using MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point;
- Self-motivated and proactive person;
- Willingness to learn and take on new things;
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
