1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Talent Research & Mapping

• Research talent markets and target companies
• Map candidate pools by role, skillset, and seniority
• Build structured longlists with accurate candidate data

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates via LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
• Use keyword and Boolean searches to identify relevant profiles
• Identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines

Screening Support

• Review CVs against basic role requirements
• Highlight strengths, gaps, and risks in candidate profiles
• Ensure CV quality and consistency before submission

Data & Process Support

• Maintain candidate trackers and databases
• Update sourcing status and progress regularly
• Follow data accuracy and confidentiality standards

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or recent graduate
• Available for 3-month full-time internship
• Strong interest in recruitment roles and Hunting firm
• Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Excel, and online research
• Good written and verbal communication (Vietnamese; English reading ability required)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
