1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are a dynamic agency specializing in Digital Marketing & Advertising solutions, working with various clients and partners across multiple industries.
• We are looking for a Sales Admin Intern to support our internal operation and documentation process. This position is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students who would like to gain hands-on experience in an agency environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support contract preparation, printing, document arrangement, and submission process
• Coordinate with internal teams (BD, Finance, Operation, etc.) regarding paperwork and related documents
• Data-entry and document checking
• Track and organize contracts, quotations, payment documents, and related files
• Handle courier/shipping tasks and follow up on document delivery status
• Support data consolidation and administrative tasks when required
• Assist in other operation/admin tasks assigned by the leader

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related majors
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for approximately 6 months
