Rikolto in Southeast Asia (SEA) operates in Vietnam, with its country office based in Hanoi. We are currently looking for a Finance Intern to join our team.

1. Job Overview: Under the supervision of the Finance Officer, the Finance Intern supports day-to-day finance work by:

• Filing finance documents;
• Checking supporting financial documents for completeness;
• Following up on missing documents when required; and
• Maintaining finance records in accordance with Rikolto's procedures.

The position is suitable for a final-year student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in finance administration within an international NGO.

2. Job type: One-year internship, full-time (A part-time arrangement may beconsidered for final-year students.)

3. Expected starting date: As soon as possible

5. Requirements:

• Final-year university student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Careful, detail-oriented and well organised.
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
