POSITION: TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN (PROJECT FOCUS)

• Work Location: AEON Long Biên, 27 Co Linh Street, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
• Working Time: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)
• Direct Line Manager: 1-on-1 Strategic Mentorship & Guidance with Project Leader (TA Executive)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Labor Market Survey & Data Insights (30%)

• Market Survey: Conduct general labor market research, including candidate demographics, recruitment trends, and competitor analysis.
• Data Synthesis & Insights: Synthesize market information, analyze recruitment data, and propose actionable insights to support project decision-making.

Project Talent Acquisition & Sourcing (40%)

• Master Plan Support: Assist in building, executing, and tracking recruitment master plans for key project phases.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines for Hanoi office positions and key Management roles based in HCMC (Base HCMC).
  • Directly handle end-to-end recruitment for Intern positions (job posting, screening calls, interviewing, onboarding).

Employer Branding & Project Support (30%)

• Event Operations: Support ideas, setup, and logistics for Mass Recruitment Days, Job Fairs, and hiring campaigns.
• Content & Branding: Draft recruitment posts and design visual materials using Canva, leveraging AI tools to optimize work output.
• Project Admin: Assist Manager with administrative tasks and overall project coordination.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Target Candidates: 3rd/final-year students or fresh graduates available for a minimum 3-month internship (at least 24 hours/week in the office).

• Proactive & Ownership Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive, creative, and capable of taking initiative based on given directions.
• Analytical Mindset: Good at information synthesis, logic, and data handling.
• Tools & Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic design skills with Canva.
• Strong Plus: Willingness or experience in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost productivity and generate innovative recruitment ideas.
• Communication: Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; detail-oriented and responsible.
