1. Position Purpose:
The Purchasing Intern will support the Finance team in monitoring maintenance contracts, verifying purchasing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between properties and the Cluster office.
2. Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring maintenance contracts and related operational documents across all properties.
- Support in checking and verifying delivery notes and receiving documents submitted by properties to the Cluster.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with company policies.
- The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
3. JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and proactive learning attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of team members.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic numerical and computational ability.
4.Qualification:
- University student or recent graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields.
