1. Mô tả công việc:

• Manage medium projects of new scooter models in terms of cost and timing: daily and weekly project status reports, cost management report
• To meet projects' targets, coordinate with Buyers to collect quotations, choose suppliers, monitor sample development and goods delivery
• Use SAP/SRM to issue Contract, PO correct and on time; record and file documents daily and other ad hoc tasks
• Proactively solve issues to meet deadlines of projects
• Support on logistics for sample delivery to Piaggio Headquarter Italy
• Support Commodity Buyer in collecting quotations, new component development, and monthly payment to Suppliers

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Final year student or just graduated majoring in business administration, hotel management, or other related field
• Commit to work 6 months
• Good communication skill, teamwork, resilience
• Good in Excel, Outlook
• Fluency in English
• High level of personal discipline and integrity
• Careful, caution and precise at work
• Strong focus on results
• Dynamic, enthusiastic personality eager to learn with strong curiosity and proactive approach
