1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary: The C&B Intern will assist the HR Service Delivery team in providing accurate and timely administrative support for compensation and benefits processes. This role focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Support
- Collect and input information for monthly payroll (incentives, overtime, pay rise, and other changes).
2. Tax & Insurance Administration
- Assist with PIT registration and finalization for employees, interns, and dependents.
- Check and process information for compulsory insurances (UI, SI, HI).
- Collect, scan, and verify employees’ documents, including interns and full-time staff.
3. Document Handling & Compliance
- Receive and classify insurance-related documents from the receptionist.
- Contact and process documents at government organizations as required.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of required distributions and reports.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship (Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mon-Fri)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
