1. What will I be doing?
- Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Liaise with various hotel departments to follow up on GM directives.
- Assist in coordinating internal communications, including staff memos and meetings.
- Attend key meetings with the GM; take notes and track action items.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality on sensitive matters.
- Support in planning and organizing executive-level events and visits.
- Conduct basic research and compile information for decision-making.
- Provide general office support and ensure a professional executive environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
