1. What will I be doing?

  • Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Liaise with various hotel departments to follow up on GM directives.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communications, including staff memos and meetings.
  • Attend key meetings with the GM; take notes and track action items.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality on sensitive matters.
  • Support in planning and organizing executive-level events and visits.
  • Conduct basic research and compile information for decision-making.
  • Provide general office support and ensure a professional executive environment.

2. What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
