I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an CEO Assistant, you will:
1. Support to the CEO:
- Arrange, prepare for, and attend meetings with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and executive team.
- Document and closely track strategic decisions, translating them into actionable tasks for internal execution.
- Support the organization and supervision of special projects directly led by the CEO.
2. Business Planning & Performance Monitoring & Partnerships:
- Assist the CEO and relevant departments in developing business plans, financial targets, and growth strategies on a quarterly/yearly basis.
- Monitor KPI progress and timelines, proactively follow up, flag potential risks, and compile periodic performance reports.
- Join the CEO in meetings with strategic partners, key clients, and potential business expansion opportunities.
- Take meeting notes, consolidate data, follow up on action items, and propose next steps.
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist the CEO and CEO Assistant with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication management.
- Handle day-to-day administrative task including document management, report preparation, and internal communications
- Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and other logistical needs for the CEO Office.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong command of English, especially in verbal communication, email writing, and professional documentation (mandatory).
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptable in using management tools.
- Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
