1. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The Communications Intern is under the direct supervision of the Communications Director and will be assisting the Communications Department in the following tasks:
- Assist with communications activities across programmes;
- Support content development for WWF-Viet Nam’s social media channels;
- Assist in the creation of articles, newsletters, editorials, PR, stories, and other similar publications;
- Support the development of communication materials such as brochures, posters, banners, videos, and branded products;
- Assist with website management: uploading articles, developing and enhancing the content/layout of the website;
- Support with internal communications: preparing content for a quarterly internal newsletter, developing internal comms products and assisting with internal events, etc.,
- Collect and upload imagery on WWF’s asset system;
- Assist with administrative tasks.
2. Duration: Mid July 2026 – Mid October 2026 (3 months full-time, with possibility for extension)
3. Required qualifications, skills and competencies:
- Currently pursuing the 4th year or obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, and photography. Proficiency in related software (for example, Adobe Creative Cloud software, Capcut, Canva, etc. is an advantage);
- Can Do attitude;
- Passionate about communications and conservation;
- Adheres to WWF’s values: Courage, Respect, Integrity and Collaboration.
