1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

Recruitment:

  • To conduct internal & external job advertisement, including but not limited to company website, B. Braun fanpage, professional groups/pages so that there is sufficient candidate pool for hiring needs at different levels and with given lead time
  • To involve in end-to-end recruitment process including: screening, proceeding additional tests, interviewing and assessing candidates, planing and arrange logistics for interviews and working closely with Hiring managers
  • To analyses and consult Hiring Managers to make sound recruitment decision and providing them with market view
  • To prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications with full information to present to selected candidates and get them in
  • To coordinate with across functions to ensure well-arranged on-boarding process. Catch up with newcomers frequently to check for support needed and, together with HRBP, help them to land smoothly into the organization and culture

Employer Branding:

  • To act as B. Braun brand ambassador to promote the company professional image in the market on off and online channels
  • To prepare and design attractive job posting as well as other branding materials in accordance with brand identity and trending content
  • To actively join groups, forums and share B. Braun brand in the market and expand the social network to reach bigger candidate pool
  • To support team leader in implementing other pipeline recruitment programs and building the partnership with universities

Corporate Communications:

  • To actively coordinate with other teams to organize/ conduct the company events
  • To involve in activitites related to controling the company's communication channelshe job

The job functions listed above are not exhaustive and may include other responsibilities as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.

2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience
  • GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skill, communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Acting in professional manner
  • Willing to learn with enthusiasm
